Jugs Lite-Flite Pitching MachineJugs Lite-Flite Pitching Machine Review

After doing tons of research, price vs feature comparisons, and overall usability and quality reviews, I have decided that pitch for pitch and price for price this is hands down the best machine for the money. You can adjust the machine to throw curve balls, sliders, and fastballs. You can also adjust it to throw left and right handed pitches. Another great feature is the ability to rotate the base 360 degrees, allowing you to throw fly balls, pop ups, and grounders. This Easton Junior batting helmet has become our #1 recommended batting helmet!

Style, comfort and safety go hand in hand with this awesome helmet and there is a wide variety of colors to choose from.

Jugs Small – Ball Pitching Machine

jugs small ball pitching machine review

Do you have an up and coming player on your gift list?

This Small – Ball pitching machine from Jugs will make the perfect gift!

While we have moved on to the Jugs Lite – Flite now that our kids are older, the Jugs Small – Ball was a great tool that we used when they were starting out. It can be used indoors or out…Just watch the lamps & pictures!

The balls are “spongy”, so there is no worry about getting hit by a pitch. This allows young hitters to improve their swings and get comfortable while batting. We still have ours set up in the garage so we don’t miss out on any batting practice due to bad weather.

The machine also comes with an automatic ball feeder that can be loaded with up to 25 balls that will release a pitch every 5 seconds. This is perfect for getting in some extra batting practice on your own. You can also pitch the balls one at a time.

This awesome pitching machine will give you years of fun for the whole family!

    Hi Jeremy!
I know a few people who love baseball and these are awesome gift suggestions. I like that you used photos and detail descriptions.
I didn’t know you could order things like an autographed Hank Arron baseball…that was a nice discovery.

  8. Robert says

    October 28, 2014 at 8:03 am

As an avid baseball card collector I can definitely say to your other readers that collecting baseball cards is quite fun and rewarding, especially when you buy them by the box instead of the pack. When you spend like $19.99 and up for a box instead of a $2.00 pack, you are guaranteed to get good cards whether it be an Autographed card or a card with a piece of Game Used Bat or Game Worn Uniform. Plus buying by the box will give you a ton of Insert and Rookie cards too! I have never lost money buying by the box and it is a GREAT gift idea!

The autographed baseball is another great gift idea as long as it comes from a reputable source like the one you listed PSA/DNA, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. You cannot go wrong with an autographed baseball from a baseball legend!

    • Jeremy says

      October 29, 2014 at 5:11 pm

Hey Robert. I know what your saying about buying cards by the box. Some of my favorite cards have come from big box sets like the one above. Often times you can find 1 card that is worth more than the price of the whole set. It’s like getting 999 free cards.:) And you are correct: never buy any memorabilia without the C.O.A. Thanks for dropping in and be sure to look for updates. ~Jeremy
